Snack Vending Machines
Although some workplaces put out a box filled with candy and depend on the honor system, this won't work for most larger businesses. With phone call, most businesses will be able to get a snack vending machine placed for little or no charge by a local vending operator. If they determine that the venue is profitable, it's quite unlikely that the business will have to pay anything at all. The vending operator will service the machine on their route keeping it in good working order and filled with snacks.
Unlike other larger machines, snack vending machines come in a variety of sizes to meet the needs of even the smallest break room. Some table top models don't even require electricity. These models are completely mechanical and vend the product after coins are deposited and a knob is turned.
If you're looking to buy a snack vending machine, it's usually possible to find a good deal on the Internet where overhead is low and prices can be adjusted accordingly. If you're unable to find an acceptable unit online, check with your local vending dealer. Be aware, however, that they may have less of a selection and higher prices.
